Payments are securely charged upon your first order. After that, the payment method you saved will be charged at the same frequency of your subscription. For example, if a 2-week subscription was initially placed on November 5, the next payment will charge your card on November 19 when the order is prepared for delivery.

Gojolt subscriptions are non-binding and cancelable at any time. So, it’s easy to pause or cancel (just know we’d hate to see ya go). Simply go to your account, click on the "Subscriptions" tab, and click "Cancel Subscription." To pause, email Mojo Customer Support with your request including when you want the next payment date to be. Subscriptions must be cancelled or paused before the upcoming billing/cycle date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Any changes made after the billing date will apply to the following cycle.
