SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

  • You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours after placing your order. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Once processed, your order will be shipped via our standard shipping method, and you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please note that order processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • We offer free shipping for all orders above $49. All other orders will be shipped at a $8 flat rate. We are currently only able to ship to customers in the Contiguous United States.

  • Depending on the circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund up to 30 days from the date your order was shipped. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more information or email us at service@gojoltpouch.com with any questions or concerns. 

SHIPPING

  • You have 30 days from the date your order was shipped to request a full refund. Simply contact our customer service team at Service@gojoltpouch.com, and we will guide you through the process. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging. If your item is eligible and approved for return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and shipping instructions. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting approval for a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any requests that we believe are fraudulent or that abuse our return policy.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@gojoltpouch.com.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
