We have sometimes found that a neighbor or roommate could have picked up the package for you. If you can double check it would be greatly appreciated.

We have also experienced frequent situations where USPS accidentally updating tracking as delivered before they should and the packages show up a day or two later. If the delivery is still within the delivery window time, it may still show up. Feel free to contact us if you haven't received your package after the delivery window has passed and will definitely take care of you.

To manage your subscriptions simply sign into your getgrinds.com account and click on the management page on the left side of the window. From the subscriptions page you will be able to skip, pause, cancel, add product & reactivate your previous subscriptions. We have a subscription service available for Gojolt Pouches that allows you to purchase our product to be shipped at a frequency of your choosing. You'll be charged for each individual shipment the morning they ship out to you.

If you have an account, sign in and you will immediately be taken to a page that displays your order history. Click on the order that you want to track then click 'Track Package' under SHIPPING METHOD.

We'll also send you a shipment notification email once your order ships from our warehouse. In that email is a package tracking number. Click the tracking number, and it will redirect you to the courier's website where you can keep track of your order.
